Base. 1 box nutticrust 60 grams melted butter Crush biscuits add butter . Mix well and set base.put in the fridge while making the filling
Beat . 1 cup fresh cream Set aside
Beat 1 tub smooth cottage cheese After you beat add 1 tin condensed milk Beat till combined
Add to condensed mixture 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
Mix together in a cup 20ml galetine 60ml cold water Put in microwave and as soon as it boils remove.
Slowly add galetine to condensed mixture while mixing. Once thats done fold in the fresh cream and pour into moulds.
After its set . Add a thin jelly layer. . Pls use jelly that uses half hot water and half cold water.(trotters jelly) Coz some jelly you use only hot water and it will be too hot to throw over the cheese cake layer.
