500g Beef Seekh Kebab Mix fromDesais (I made a few adjustments)Add ½ teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste½ teaspoon Crushed Whole Jeeru (Cumin)1 Onion grated (juice squeezed)Add Green Chopped dhania (coriander)Mix all the above to the ready mix and mould into Small BallsRoll in poppy seedsFreeze for a while until firm
In a casserole place the KebabsPut Blobs of Butter over each Ball and put in oven to Bake at 180* for 20- 25 minutes or until doneNOW REMOVE FROM OVEN ADDSlices of Tomato halves over each Kebab sprinkle some Lemon pepper over and some melted Lemon garlic butter over Put Back in Oven Place Under GRILLFOR TOMATO to Grill slightlyRemove and Garnish with Chopped dhania (coriander)
SERVING SUGGESTIONChips Or Salad Cheesy Baked or Boiled Potatoes in Jacket ORCheesy Pasta
