2-3 chicken fillets 3 cloves garlic,finally chopped 2 ½ tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon lemon zest2 tablespoon olive oil1 tablespoon honey¼ teaspoon paprika1 tablespoon Robertson Moroccan spices ¼ teaspoon ground cuminsalt to taste ¼ teaspoon black pepper1 tablespoon chopped Parsley leavesCut the chicken half. Mix all the ingredients in the Marinade in a bowl, whisk to combine well.Marinate the chicken with the Marinade in a bowl for ½ hour. Fire up the grill and grill the chicken on both sides. You may bake the chicken in an oven at 200.C for 15-20 minutes.or pan-fried on medium to low heat. Serve hot. Enjoy 😊
