INGREDIENTS
500g chicken fillet
2 tablespoon crushed garlic
1 tablespoon Fine Red Chillies
1 tablespoon Coarse Crushed Chillies
1 tablespoon Peri-Peri Powder
½ Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Salt 2 Taste
1 teaspoon red masala
1 teaspoon lemon and herb spice
METHOD
Marinate chicken and leave for 1 hour.Then Cook in ghee (Clarified butter) or coconut oil.Then 3 potatoes (peeled and cut into chips) fry until crispy or u can buy ready frozen chips and fry at home.In a rectangular pyrex dish toss chips with salt, vinegar and red chillies, add cooked chicken .Then add Tomato sauce, mayo little mustard and little BBQ sauce.. or any other sauce may be added. Add the to the chicken and chips.Garnish with sliced tomato,onion and green pepper pieces. Or if u want to I braised the onion and green pepper then mixed it in.And I added fresh crunchy lettuce and cucumber and mix that in too.Lastly add cheese and .Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese melted.
