1 chicken cut in +/- 10 pieces
1 teaspoon crushed chillies
½ teaspoon crushed black pepper
1 teaspoon mustard powder
Salt to taste
3 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
2 whole red dry chillies
2 tablespoon butter
10 baby carrots (I omitted)
10 baby potatoes
1 cup water
2 tablespoon flour
I steamed baby potatoes in microwave. Carrots and potatoes can be deep fried as recipe says.
Heat butter in pot, braise dry chillies and garlic in butter.
Add chicken, crushed red chillies, pepper, mustard, salt and vinegar.
Cook chicken till tender.
Mix flour and water together and add to chicken. Add carrots and potatoes.
Mix well and simmer till sauce thickens.
I served with roti.
