For chicken: -1 whole piece chicken fillet -½ teaspoon salt (taste and add more if needed) -1 teaspoon light soy sauce -1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce -1 piece cinnamon stick -3 whole black peppercorns -1 lavang (clove) -1 teaspoon freshly ground garlic
Other ingredients: -1 tablespoon butter -1 large potato (peeled,washed and grated coarsely) -¼ cup finely chopped green dhania (coriander) and springonions (mixed) -½ teaspoon red chilli powder -5 tblspns steers peri peri sauce -2 tblspns steers garlic sauce
1.)marinate the whole chicken fillet with soy sauce,Worcestershire sauce,salt,garlic,peppercorns,cinnamon stick and lavang and steam in a bit of oil and water till the chicken is cooked through. Leave to cool. Remove the peppercorns,cinnamon stick and lavang then shred the chicken coarsely and keep aside. 2.)melt butter on medium heat, add the grated potato,shredded chicken,red chilli powder and more salt if needed. Cook on high heat for 5mins. Remove from cooker and leave to cool. 3.)lastly add the chopped dhania (coriander), springonion and steers sauces and mix well. 4.)fill in Samosa pur of your choice. 5.)freeze.
