INGREDIENTS
1 chicken cut washed 1 tablespoon crushed garlic 1 teaspoon red chili paste 1 teaspoon orange pepper spice 1 teaspoon Robertson chicken spice 1 teaspoon dhana powder 1 teaspoon jeera powder crushed red chillies to taste 1 teaspoon parsley1 lemon freshly squeezed salt to taste
pour over sauce :
2 to 3 tablespoon butter ½ teaspoon crushed garlic crushed red chili 3 tablespoon mayo freshly squeezed lemon 1 tablespoon tomato paste ¼ cup minnies Mozambican sauce ( optional ) water simmer pour some over and keep some to pour over
METHOD
Marinade chicken atleast 1 hour ,cook chicken mix all the sauce ingredients together simmer pour half over chicken and keep half.garnish with parsley
