10 minute Arabic dough

2 cups warm water
4 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon yeast
2 cups flour
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon milk powder- secret ingredient that makes 'em so soft
Mix together water, sugar, yeast, flour, salt and set aside for 10-15 minutes.
Then add to the above mixture :
1⁄2 cup oil
3 cups flour+ 1 teaspoon baking powder (optional)
Mix well and knead until combined then use as desired.
I let it rest for another 30 minutes
Knead dough, form into balls and set into a round greased pan. Brush with egg and sprinkle with tal (sesame seeds). Bake on 180 degress till the top is golden.
