Steaming 1 tray skin on wings approx 15 to 17 full wings 1litre water olive oil 1 teaspoon chinese salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon chicken spice garlic Marinade ¼ cup milk 1 teaspoon chinese salt (zeal) salt to taste 1 teaspoon chicken spice ¼ teaspoon paprika Flour mix 1 cup flour salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon chicken spice oil for deep fry spurs durkey sauce
Steaming Add 1 litre water to a pot with olive oil Place wings inside along with the other ingredients and allow to steam on low until water all dry Thereafter Marinade wings for atleast 1 hour with all the marinade ingredients. In a ziplock or plastic add the ingredients for flour mix.Add few wings at the time and shake them by closing the packet until well coated. Fry them in medium oil for few minutes remove on paper towel. Place on oven tray In a bowl add some oil along with half cup durkey sauce mix this and using a basting brush , baste all the wings and place in the oven to crisp and serve immediately.

If you have an airfryer you can do last step in their or alternatively just baste sauce over and serve .
