INGREDIENTS
1/2kg cut steak4 teaspoon fine red chilli powder1 teaspoon turmeric1 teaspoon garam masala1 teaspoon rough salt1 teaspoon fine cumin1 teaspoon fine coriander2 teaspoon mustard powder1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste4 tablespoon steers tikka sauce1 tablespoon tomato sauce (optional)2 tablespoon mayonnaise2 teaspoon lemon juice¾ polony roll2kg chipsViennas ,russians(optional)
METHOD
Marinate steak with all spices and leave aside in fridge for about 1 hour .
Then cook steak on stove on medium heat for about till steak is tender.
While steak is cooking fry polony half way through either beef or chicken which ever you prefer,once polony is done add to steak and cook together for about 10-15 minutes.
Fry your chips and then add your steak and polony to the chips in a casserole dish
