RECIPE
Naan/rolls (10min yeast dough) 4 full cups flour 1 teaspoon salt 4 tablespoon sugar 1 packet instant yeast 3 full cooking spoons of oil (like the big dishing out spoons) 1½ cups Milk 1½ cups luke warm water (mix Milk & water together) 2 tablespoon saumph (optional)
Put all dry ingredients in a bowl Add oil to 2 cups of the milk & water mixture and use it to form a soft dough add more liquid if required. Allow dough to stand for 10 minutes Make rolls/naan & let it stand until double in size before baking. For bagels roll out dough and cut with doughnut cutter and leave it on the tray to rise till double in size then brush with egg & sprinkle poppy Seeds.
Once bagels are cooled slit open put baby lettuce leaves some chicken filling and thin slice of cheese. Serve warm.
Chicken filling:Chicken fillet cut into very small Cubes Red ginger garlic masala Lemon juice SaltChilli powder Tumeric powder Marinate chicken Cubes in all of the above heat some olive oil and whole jeera In a pot Add chicken and cook till done & dry. Add a little tomato sauce, mayo & chilli/peri peri sauce and simmer till thick. Add chopped greens and fill your bagels & rolls. Enjoy. I use this dough recipe all the time it's pillow soft and divine. I make my pizza bases with the same recipe also.
