In butter saute flour. Add milk slowly stirring constantly. Add cream cheese and all ingredients to make smooth White sauce.Mix macronis in chicken. Add seasoning to adjust.Dish out in baking dish Top with white sauce Sprinkle shredded cheese mozzarella/cheddar, chili flakes, spring onions and garnish with cherry tomatoes. Bake at 180C for 15 to 20 minutes or till crust turns golden in colour.
