For the Spagetti or Noodles
Boil half packet spagetti in salt rince in cold water and drain sprinkle finely chopped shallot keep aside
1 large onion chopped fried in butter keep asideFew chopped robot pepersFried in butter keep asideFried mushrooms fried in butter keep aside.
For The Chicken Melt 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)Add 3 fillets cut in cubes½ teaspoon ginger garlic1 large tomato grated ½ teaspoon garlic1 teaspoon Cajun spice1 teaspoon lemon pepperLittle crushed black pepper½ teaspoon white chilli powder1 teaspoon green chilli paste½ teaspoon dhana jeera mix2-3 tablespoon Shan's chinese chow mein spiceThyme2 tablespoon mayonnaiselittle lemon juice (optional)Any mild sweet peri sauceCook add 2-3 tablespoon veg soup or any white soup mix make a paste with water add to the chicken Cook till softAdd water if necessaryWhen done and you have the right amount of gravyAdd chopped green dhania (coriander) and little more shallot ..now add the Spagetti....then add the veges lastToss add SALT if necessaryAdjust the pepper or chilliPut pot back on stove stir 3-5 minutes removePut in a casseroleGarnish with shallot againEnjoy
