1 chicken cut and cleaned and drained Marinate in:2 tablespoon mayo¼ cup lemon 🍋 juice 2 tablespoon tomato 🍅 puree 1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon white pepper 🌶1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic 2 teaspoon chilli powder 2 tablespoon ground Badaam ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo
Marinate above. Cook in butterGarnish with chopped dhania (coriander) I served with potato 🥔 wedges & rotis
