Malva Pudding

RECIPE

Malva pudding!!! 1 cup sugar, 1 egg!!! (Beat well an add 1 TB apricot jam). 1 cup flour,¼ cup self raising flour, 1 ts baking powdder, pinch of salt!!! (Sift all 2gather). 1 TB melted butter, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1 cup milk, 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda!!! (Mix 2gather).
Add all the above ingredients mixing 2gather alternately!!! Bake at 180 in a covered dish!!! Sauce. 1 cup fresh cream, 60ml butter, 1 cup sugar, ½ cup hot water aan 1 ts vanilla essence!!! Bring to boil an pour sauce over pudding as soon as it is baked.. Serve wit custard
