INFO & TIPS☆ I omitted the chillies for a much milder version
☆ I didnt do the step of basting sauce. I have just marinated it in a pyrex dish overnight then cooked it with the marinade in the oven at 180°C for 45mn more or less (covered with foil for 30mns then uncovered for 15mn).
