INGREDIENTS
2 chickens fillets steamed and shredded Seasonings salt, lemon pepper 1 teaspoon crushed green chillies 2 Tablespoon butter ghee (Clarified butter)1 teaspoons ginger garlic 1 teaspoon crushed garlic1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) and jeera powder1 Tablespoon lemon juice 3 Tablespoon plain natural yougurtCream cheese 1 tablespoon garlic powder ½ bunch fresh spinache½ cup fresh cream Fete 1 onion chopped
METHOD
Prepare the fresh green Spinache wash chop drain in colender.
Chicken fillets steam and shred add to a bowl. In a saucepan add butter ghee (Clarified butter), sautee onions, add garlic powder and seasoning. Add chicken, plain yougurt and all spices. Add in Spinache and allow it to cookThe moisture should dry up completely. Lower heat add fresh cream, remove from stove.Mix in cream cheese, crumble fete cheese.Your filling now ready to add to mini savoury tartlets or twist braided pastry. Bake accordingly.
