1 medium size cabbage shredded washed and drainedIn pot add 2-3 tablespoon oil 1full tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)Add 2 3- whole torn up Red chilliFew slices garlic 1 full teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)1 teaspoon mustard seeds1 teaspoon fine aniseed (optional)Few curry leaves (optional)¼ teaspoon haldi (optional)Braise 2 few minutesAdd 2 sliced onionBraise till soft and glassyAdd the shredded cabbage and 1 finely chopped tomato1 tablespoon desiccated coconut (optional)Add the rest of the spices1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder½ teaspoon paprika (optional)1 ½ teaspoon salt or to tasteCook fry till soft add very little water if necessary(Steam potatoes cubes and add to cabbage when done)Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander)Serve with rotis , naan roti , bread etcAlso meats or wors on the side..Enjoy
