INGREDIENTS
1 kg Chicken Fillet
4-5 tablespoon Mochachoes spice
3-4 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Magic Masala
3-4 tablespoon Oil
Sauce:
3 tablespoon Mochachoes Spice
2 tablespoon Oil
2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Magic Masala
Some water to thin the mixture down
METHOD
Mix and marinate the fillet
Cook on stove until the chicken is cooked, chop chicken into chunks, then put in oven under the grill for +-10 minutes.
Mix the sauce mixture and throw over the chicken after grill and leave in over for another 7-10 minutes.
