INGREDIENTS
1 chicken cut*1 small bunch of coriander *Handful of mint leaves *Green chillies according to taste (Blend coriander,mint and chillies)1 tablespoon of each coriander seeds & cumin seeds. (Rosted and grind)1tbs dried kasuri Methi (Fenugreek) 1tbs ginger and garlic paste2tbs black pepper1 cup yogurt¼ teaspoon garam masala.
METHOD
Heat oil/ghee (Clarified butter) in pan add ginger garlic paste fry for few minutes.Then add chicken & kasuri Methi (Fenugreek), coriander/cumin powder, black pepper fry on high for few minutes until chicken change color. Then add coriander mixture, garam masala and yogurt, cook on medium heat until desired consistency.Garnish with coriander and Julienne ginger.Serve with rice or naan.
