My style
For samoosa or springrollsHeat in pot 2 -3 tablespoon butter or ghee (Clarified butter)Add 1 Large Chopped Or Grated onion (water Squeezed out)1 teaspoon full crushed whole Jeeru (Cumin) BraiseAdd1 kg finely cubed chicken1Tblsp ginger garlic BraiseWhen chicken turns while in colour and all Water dries out AddOptional ½ teaspoon tumeric (OR leave it WHITE )Add the rest of the ingredients below1 tablespoon chicken spice 1 teaspoon jeera powder+- 1 tablespoon crushed green chilliAnd Or liquidised jalepeno chillies+- 1 teaspoon white chilli pwdr+-1 teaspoon white pepper powderADD Chopped Robot Peppers (Capsicum)optionalBraise wellThen once cooked Add¼ cup jalepeno sauceAdd 2-3 tablespoon Cream Cheese (it's Optional)I did not have so I used Dessert cooking cream2 tablespoon mayo or Trim (white)or Jojo Jalepeno sauce1 teaspoon salt or to taste(Add lemon juice only if necessaryTo avoid tangyness)When cool add Lots of cheese (I used both Gouda and white cheddar)Add chopped green dhania (coriander)And Fill the Samoosa or springroll etc
INFO & TIPS
Optional:
After filling the samoosa or springroll you can dip in beaten egg
and roll in bread crumbs or
In a Flour Lai (Slurry) Or leave it plain
Add cream style corn cook with the chicken
Can even.leave out Chicken and chicken spice and do a cheese jalepeno filling
