6 Chicken Dumsticks or Cut up Pieces1 cup mixed veg (frozen) 1 tablespoon Ginger /Garlic paste1 tablespoon Any Chicken spice+- 2 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli powder+- 1 tablespoon Tomato sauce+- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauceWash chicken, pat dry, marinate with above.Heat +- 4 tablespoon Oil add tuj (cinnamon stick) (optional) 2 Elachi (cardomom) podsDry 1 torn up Dry Red ChilliesMarinade all off the above togetherNowTo the Pot Add Marinated ChickenCook on Low to Med Heat As No Water is to be Addedturning now and againCover with pot lidJust before the Chicken is fully cooked(DO NOT ADD WATER) Add the Mix Veg Frozen (May Steam if you prefer) Cook till veg is soft and ChickenIs cookedAdjust the Salt and Chilli and Sauces Garnish with dhania (coriander)Enjoy
