INGREDIENTS
500 g chicken minceGreen chilliesGarlic clovesWhole jeeru (cumin)Fine Salt ( to taste)Rough salt PaprikaChilli powderTumericGarum MasalaGround black pepperLemon PepperAromat (a South African Spice)1 onion finely chopped1 egg beaten 1 teaspoon baking powder Chopped dhania (coriander) and mint
METHOD
Pound the green chillies,garlic,whole jeeru (cumin) with abit of rough salt till coarse and well pounded.
Mix the mince with the paste and all the spices (to taste) and chopped greens.
Then add the beaten egg. Just before frying add the baking powder and shape into patties.
Fry in oil until golden brown. Serve hot!
INFO & TIPS
Serve with sauteed onion rings, tomato sauce and lettuce on buttered buns.
