INGREDIENTS
Fillet cubed.
1 onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1 carrot grated
Mix veg abt 1 cup( mccain)
Potatoes 3 medium ones..( cubed and fried thn kept aside..
Jeera powder
Paprika
Salt
arad (Turmeric)
Chicken spice
Bbq spice
Plain yoghurt
Aromat (a South African Spice)
METHOD
Boil rice..leav aside
Fry potatoe and leav aside
Then braise onion and green pepper and carrot..then marinate fillet wth spices.. then add fillet to the pot wth the onion once cooked add mix veg then mix in the rice and add extra Aromat (a South African Spice) and steam and throw potatoes ontop and garnish with fresh dhania (coriander)..then take yoghurt and mix little green masala little salt and little jeera powder and hv with the rice if u find it to dry to eat like tht
