RECIPE
Peel potatoes and boil whole until soft.Remove and cool. slice into rounds and lay in a pyrex dish .
Sauce
3 tablespoon butter or ghee (Clarified butter)1 teaspoon crushed garlic 1 teaspoon crushed green chillies 1 ½ cup milk2 tablespoon flour ½ cup grated cheese crumbs grated butter
In a saucepan,melt butter . add in garlic and green chillies and saute for a few minutes. Pour in the milk and flour . Whisk to prevent lumps from forming. Stir continuously until sauce gets thick and creamy. Remove from the stove , add in cheese and stir .Pour the sauce over the potatoes , sprinkle with breadcrumbs and grate butter over. Bake in oven for ±20min .Serve as a side dish to any meat dish
