2 kilo prawns cleaned 7 fresh garlic cloves chopped fine or 1 tablespoon crushed garlic 1 teaspoon ground green chili or more 50g to 100g butter ¼ freshly squeezed lemon ½ teaspoon crushed black pepper 1 teaspoon Robertson fish spice 1 teaspoon gorimas bbq spice ½ teaspoon parsley ½ bottle minnies Mozambiquen lemon garlic sauce ¼ cup minnies Portuguese sauce 1 tablespoon tomato paste salt to taste ( taste and add , as spices are salty )
Lemon butter sauce ¼ lemon frshly squeezed 100g butter 1.4 cup fresh cream heat in microwave Add crushed garlic if you want garlic lemon butter
Pour over sauce:¼ cup minnies Mozambiquen lemon garlic sauce small blob butter little fresh cream Heat . pour over once prawns in platter or place in bowl .
Add all the ingredients together and mix well. Add peri oil or butter to a non stick pot or pan Add 1 teaspoon garlicNow add the prawns and cook for 2 minutes.Add the marinade and cook on medium heat for to 10 minutes or until you see prawns cooked . add some fresh cream simmer .Place in platter pour sauce , garnish with dhania (coriander) or parsley and serve immediately.
