INGREDIENTS
250g butter 4 heaped tablespoon icing sugar (sifted) 1 cup maziena (sifted) 1 tablespoon Caramel essence Approx 1½ - 2 cups flour
Melted chocolate Caramel treat / homemade Caramel
METHOD
Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add sifted maziena and essence beat again. Add flour 1 cup at a time to form a soft dough. Pipe through nozzle. Bake on 180 deg for 10 minutes. Cool completely,Dip one side in melted chocolate, drizzle with Caramel .

Remove label from the can of condensed milk.
Fill a deep medium saucepan with water.
Bring to the boil.
Carefully place the can in the saucepan, ensuring there’s enough water to completely cover the can at all times, topping up water frequently throughout the cooking process.
Simmer, uncovered for 3 hours.
