4 eggs seperated
1 x 397g can condensed milk
3 cups milk
2 tablespoon dessicated coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Illovo caramel syrup
Fruit, fresh grated coconut
Can cream and glitter for decor
Mini loaf tins
▪Beat egg whites till soft peaks form and set aside
▪Beat egg yolks, condensed milk, milk, essence and coconut until well combined.
▪Fold in egg whites
▪Pour 2 tablespoon of caramel syrup onto Base of each tin
▪Pour custard evenly into loaf tins
▪Place loaf tins in a deep baking pan and pour enough hot water to come half way up the sides of the tin.
▪Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutues until custard is just about set and golden brown.
▪Turn out onto serving plates and cool completely
▪Decorate and refrigerate.
Makes 18 mini loaves.
