Salted Caramel 125g butter ¼ cup golden syrup ½ cup Caramel syrup
¼ teaspoon bicarb of soda ½ teaspoon vanilla essence Pinch of salt
Melt butter golden syrup and Caramel syrup. Then add rest of the ingredients. Throw over popcorn and mix well. Bake in oven on 140 degrees for 20 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes. Switch of oven leave to crisp for 5-10 minutes. Allow to cool store in airtight container.
