INGREDIENTS
1 liter milk 2 teaspoon ghaas /falooda /China grass powder 1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder Rose syrup or pink food col for color ¾ tin condensed milk 1 small tin nestle cream
METHOD
Bring milk and ghaas to a boiling point over medium heat. The add Elachi (cardomom) and rose syrup. Boil for few minutes. Remove from heat and stir in condensed milk and cream. Pour into mould or individual bowls allow to cool decorate as desired refrigerate and enjoy!! 😋
