INGREDIENTS

1 litre milk1 teaspoon custard powder 2 teaspoon Coffee (frisco)½ teaspoon Nescafe (gold or any strong coffee)2 teaspoon choc nesquik 1 ½ teaspoon China Grass powder (agar agar (falooda powder))15 teaspoon sugar or ¾-1 tin condensed milk

METHOD

Mix and boil well. When boiled , test a little in a spoon and leave for few minutes to see if it sets. Pour into a mould and leave to set. Decorate with nestle cream, choc curls or flake. Enjoy!
