INGREDIENTS
1l Milk2-2&½ teaspoon Ghas powder/China Grass powder 1 tin Condensed Milk½ tin Nestle Cream Flavourings: • ROSE: Add few drops of rose water, pinch of ground cardamom and 3 tablespoon rose syrup with the condensed milk and nestle cream. • PISTACHIO: Add 3 tablespoon finely ground pistachios with the milk and ghas powder. • BURFEE: Whisk 4 tablespoon klim, 2 tablespoon custard powder, few drops of rose water and a pinch of ground cardamom with a little milk to form a paste, then add and whisk with the milk and ghas powder. • VANILLA: Add 1&½ teaspoon vanilla essence with the milk and ghas powder.
METHOD
1. In a sauce pan, bring milk and ghas powder to a boil. 2. Remove from heat, add condensed milk and nestle cream and mix. 3. Pour into dessert bowls, moulds or dish and refrigerate until set. 4. Garnish and serve. 🍽️
