INGREDIENTS
1 litre Milk
Small tin Nestle cream
2 teaspoon Ghas powder
2 big spoons sugar or according to your preference
1 teaspoon rose essence
METHOD
Boil milk for 10 minutes
add nestle cream, sugar and ghas powder, keep stirring till abit thick
add 1 teaspoon rose essence.
you can add food coloring to which ever color you prefer.
Pour mixture using a strainer into a bowel.
Refrigerate till firm.
