3 potatoes Sliced cucumbers Green chutney : 1 bunch dhania (coriander) 3 fresh green chillies Salt ½ teaspoon sugar 3 garlic cloves Lemon juice
Peel wash cut potato into half or slice into rounds and boil with some salt and haldi until soft . In a food processor grind all the chutney ingredients until runny .
Assemble : Lightly Butter bread on 1 side of each slice On the other side add a good amount of chutney and spread evenly . Layer the cucumbers nice thick slices . Top with the soften potatoes . Sprinkle salt If necessary Toast on the tawa - must be lightly toasted
