INGREDIENTS
250g butter / Rama¼ oil½ cup sugar1 & ½ cup desiccated coconut ½ cup Nestle hot chocolate any brand should be fine +-3 cups cake flour judge by texture of dough 250g Cadbury chocolate, preferably Aero
METHOD
Cream butter & sugar.Add oil & mix.Add desiccated coconut & hot chocolate & mix.Add flour, a little at a time till you get a soft dough.
Press dough on a sprayed tray, poke holes with a fork on dough. Bake at 180 degrees for +- 40 minutes
Melt chocolate with a tablespoon of milk on stovetop.
Once biscuit is cooled pour over baked biscuit. Add crushed chocolate pieces & hot chocolate over or nuts or whatever you may prefer.
Cut into squares & enjoy!
INFO & TIPS
You can bake for longer if you want a crunchy texture & you can cornflour for more crunch.
They softer texture is a little more rich.
