4 eggs separated1 cup castor sugar1 cup + 2 tablespoons cake flour2 teaspoons baking powder ½ cup oil½ cup boiling water
1) Sift dry ingredients together 2) Make a well in the center and add egg yolks 3) Add oil and water to dry ingredients. Mix till no lumps 4) Beat egg whites till stiff and add to flour mix 5) Pour batter into prepared pan and bake @ 180° for 15-20 minutes. Depending on your oven and pan used. I used a bundt pan While your cake is baking prepare your custard Custard:2 cups milk2 tablespoons custard powder¾ cup sugar Whisk till thick and creamy then add ¼ cup fresh cream. Set aside and allow to cool. Whip 2 cups fresh cream with 4 tablespoons icing sugar. Next prepare a glace ½ cup icing sugar Water as needed. Put 1 teaspoon at a time. Mix till you have a thick consistency. Melt ½ a slab of 150g dairy milk. Once your cake has cooled. Slice in the middle. Fold your whipped cream into your custard. Spread over the bottom half of the cake. Put the top part of the cake. Drizzle with glace and melted dairy milk. Enjoy.
