INGREDIENTS
3 large eggs¾ cup sugar 125g soften butter½ cup milk 2 teaspoon Nescafé coffee diluted in 1 tablespoon boiling water 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 ½ cup sifted flour 3 teaspoon baking powder
METHOD
Beat eggs and sugar till fluffy. Add the soften butter and beat well. Add milk, vanilla essence and coffee and beat again. Add in sifted flour and beat for 3-5 minutes. Lastly add in baking powder and beat for 45 seconds. Pour into a well greased pan and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Glacé icing
Place the following in a bowl whisk and combine until creamy. 2 teaspoon Nescafé coffee in 1 tablespoon of boiling water 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 cup sifted icing sugar Spoon icing over and decorate as desired.
