RECIPE
Plain cake
1 cup fresh cream
1 cup flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 eggs
Put in processor till well mixed and smooth.
Bake in greased Pyrex dish at 180.
Syrup:
65g butter
¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon milk
Bring to boil
Pour over hot cake
Top with flaked almonds
Put under grill
