1 packet tennis biscuits 100g butter Process together Press into pan Allow to harden in fridge 2x250 ml fresh cream Whip till stiff Then fold in 1 tub cream cheese 1 tin condensed milk Quarter cup lemon juice 2 teaspoon gelatin dissolved in little boiling water Mix well Pour onto hardened biscuit Refrigerate overnight Top with any jelly flavour or fresh fruit or both
