RECIPE

For the base :Crush 1 packet tennis biscuits and melt 2 tablespoons butter Mix in together and flatten in the pan Option 2: Line whole tennis as the base
For the cheesecake Whip 1 cup fresh cream and store in the fridge (for later)Mix 1 tub of smooth cream cheese, 2 teaspoon strawberry essence, 1 can condensed milk, pink coloring (optional) 2 teaspoon bloomed gelatin Fold in the fresh cream and spread evenly over the base Refrigerate for few hours
