RECIPE
My style Flop proof
Ingredients:Beat 1 Cup Castor Sugar (add more sugar + 3Tblsp more)4 eggs 2 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
Sift together :¼ teaspoon salt3 teaspoon Baking Powder1 and ¼ cup sifted flour
Combine the oil and water together½ cup boiled water½ cup oilAllow to cool for 5min
Merhod:Beat the Castor Sugar with Eggs Well together till light and creamy and fluffyAdd vanilla esence
Add flour gradually whilst beating addThe oil and boiling water mixture to make a fluffy batterBeat well
Pour half batter in a well greased baking tray add few drops of food colouringMix lightly for marble effectNow pour the rest of the batter over
Variation
Add what ever you prefer On top of batter : Cut up pecansSliced almondsCherriesSprinkles etc
Bake at 180* for 25-30 minutes
Allow to cool in the tray When cool cut in squares
Seal in a tight sealed tupperware
Enjoy
