Burfee Cup Cakes

INGREDIENTS

Use your favorite tried and tested plain cake recipe made either from butter or oil.
Burfee Icing
60g soft butter1 1⁄2 cup icing sugar½ cup klim powder1 teaspoon rose water½ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder2 tablespoon milk or moreColoring almonds or pista (pistachio nuts).

METHOD

Beat together the butter and icing sugar until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Decorate cupcakes with almonds or pista (pistachio nuts).
