Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients:

2 cups white sugar
2 cups flour

Sift together into a mixing bowl

½ cup oil
½ cup cocoa
1 cup water
125g margarine/ butter

Heat and bring to boil  in saucepan

½ cup buttermilk
2 eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda

Add to dry sifted ingredients

Add boiled liquid ingredients to sifted ingredients , fold together. Place in greased rectangular oven tray and bake
@ 170°c for 40mins 

Sauce :

1 slab diary milk chocolate
1 ½ cup fresh cream /nestle cream
60g butter
1 tablespoon cocoa
½ cup brown sugar

Mix all ingredients together and put stove on Low heat until it boils nicely.

Pour in brownie when serving and ice cream on the side

and.B : you can add pecan nuts  in your brownie mixture if you like it nutty
