INGREDIENTS
- 500 ml fresh cream
- 2 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 tin caramel treat
- 100g cadbury plain slab
- 2 flake chocolate
METHOD
Beat the fresh cream and cocoa together till stiff
In another bowl melt the cadbury chocolate and add the caramel treat to it, mix
Fold the caramel mixture to the cream
Fold in the 2 flakes crumbled (not too fine)
Spoon it in serving bowls and decorate with crumbled flake, whipped cream or as desired
Leave it to set in the fridge and serve
INFO & TIPS
☆ I replaced the flake chocolate with speculoos biscuit instead to give it an extra flavour
