2 cups flour (heaped)2 cups sugar¾ cup cocoa2 teaspoon bicarb1 teaspoon baking powder2 eggs1 cup strong brewed coffee1 cup buttermilk (I mixed 1 cup milk with 2 tablespoon vinegar)½ cup oil 1 tablespoon vanilla
Mix all together until a smooth batter forms..
Place in a greased pan..bake at 180 until a skewer inserted comes out clean..allow to cool.
Mix 1 tin nestle cream and 3 slabs dairy milk chocolate melted. Pour over cake. Decorate and serve warm with vanilla ice cream
