Double Decker Brownies

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Malteasers spread¼ cup self raising flour1 egg
Double Decker (Cut into small chunks)
Coloured Writing Icing (optional)

METHOD

1.) Beat the egg with a fork.2.) Soften the malteasers spread (approx 1minute in the microwave), add it to the egg and whisk by hand.3.) Then fold in the flour.4.) Transfer the mixture into a greased baking tray - top with the chunks of double decker.5.) Bake in a preheated oven @180degrees for 12-15 minutes.6.) Remove from oven, leave to cool then cut in squares.7.) Decorate with icing (optional).8.) Serve with ice-cream or on its own.
