-150g dark chocolate
-50g dark and 100g milk
-½ tin evaporated milk
-1 tub of tesco or woolworths double thick cream(whipped with icing sugar to taste- till soft peaks are formed)
1.)melt the marshmallows,chocolate and half tin of the evaporated milk on low heat. Remove from cooker and leave to cool.
2.)then fold the above mixture into the whipped cream and pour into individual bowls- place them in the fridge,leave to set overnight.
3.)decorate as desired before serving.
