INGREDIENTS
2 chicken fillets cut in cubes or strips 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste Salt 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 2 teaspoon jerro powder 2 teaspoon tandoori powder I used Canadian one 1 teaspoon red chilie flake 1 teaspoon khasmiri chillies 1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder 2 tablespoon yoghurt Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients
METHOD
Heat about 100gm butter in a pot add 1 fine chopped onion fry until golden brown.Add 1 tablespoon tomato puree and ¾ quarter cup grinded tin tomatoes 1 tablespoon garlic paste salt half a teaspoon red chilies and cook for few minutes.Then add chicken and cook on medium Heat for 35 minutes.Then add half a cup fresh cream stir well and cook for about 10 minutes.Garnish wit fresh dhania (coriander) and chopped chilies
