RECIPE

Braise onions with ghee (Clarified butter) and whole Jeeru (Cumin).Add cubed fillets,salt,green dhania (coriander) chutney,little red chilli powder and lemon.Add mixed vegetables.Cook till done.Adding a liquidised tomato and cooking further is optional at this point but I prefer not to.Top with boiled rice and mix well and steam.Serve with dhai and sambals.
