INGREDIENTS

2 packets Oreos crushed ½ cup butter 1 tub cream cheese ¼ cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 2 cups sweetened whipped cream whipped stiff

METHOD

1.) using half or a little bit more of the cookie crumbs place them in a bowl and add in the melted butter and mix in well. Spoon into mould or cups and press down and refrigerate. 2.) beat cream cheese with vanilla essence and sugar and fold in the whipped cream.3.) reserve a little of the cookie crumbs for garnishing and fold in gently the rest into the cream cheese and cream mixture. 4.) spoon over the cookie base and refrigerate for 4-8 hours.
